    My view on life

I enjoy healthy lifestyle. I am vegan so I eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables, which help me to be always in a good mood, to be active and energetic throughout the day.
2.5 years ago I started to do yoga, which changed my life for the better. Yoga is divided into different types. My favorite at the moment is Hatha yoga and Kundalini yoga. Hatha yoga is considered as a common yoga, while Kundalini is a more serious energy practice that is recommended to practice with a teacher. Consequently, after practicing yoga, I began to get involved in meditation practices, which are now an integral part of my daily life. There are a large number of meditations so it is important to choose what you like. My every morning begins with a 10-minute meditation, yoga, a list of thanks for what I have in my life and affirmations that charge my morning with energy and good mood.

I constantly learn something new. I love to read psychological and esoteric books because they changed my worldview and thanks to them my life became peaceful and happy. My favorite authors: John Kehoe, Vadim Zeland, Valeriy Sinelnikov. I also practice minimalism in my daily life, because I believe that the fewer things we have in life, the easier and freer our lives become.

I love to create comfort around me, that is why the decor of the house in which I live is important for me. I always decorate rooms with flowers, paintings, garlands and cozy pillows. After all, the place where I am living is my space for inspiration and creative work.
